Treni a vapore
–Viaggi indietro nel tempo si possono fare salendo su uno dei tanti treni a vapore
che splendidamente restaurati fanno viaggi turistici in Italia , in Europa e suppongo nel mondo .
Sono moltissimi e sarebbe davvero complicato segnalarli tutti.
Ve ne propongo alcuni che ho provato personalmente:
-Da Puget-Theniers ad Annot
-Inizio con il così detto treno delle pigne ( Le train des Pignes ) .
Sempre per restare abbastanza vicina a dove abito .
Viaggia indicativamente la domenica da metà maggio a fine ottobre .
In estate anche il giovedì e il venerdì .
il Percorso va dal paese di Puget-Theniers ad Annot nell’entroterra di Nizza .
Il nome viene da una pigna posta dal fumaiolo della locomotiva a vapore .
Quest’ultima è stupenda , anche ma i vagoncini sono una bellezza .
Il percorso ferroviario da Nizza a Puget-theniers è posto , a sua volta ,
in uno splendido contesto naturalistico .
Da scoprire , se siete appassionati di queste cose , anche la stazioncina di Puget-Theniers
Entrevaux
–Il treno passa anche per il borgo di Entrevaux .
Paese è molto suggestivo cinto da mura , con bastioni e un ponte levatoio .
Un autentica città medioevale .
Il forte che la sovrasta è stato realizzato da Vauban nel 1690 .
Questo ha le segrete , le prigioni e passaggi sotterranei visitabili
-
Le chamin de fer de la baie de Somme
–Un altro splendido percorso con il treno a vapore è nella Francia del nord
in Piccardia ne la baia de la Somme . Le chamin de fer de la baie de Somme .
La ferrovia collega Le Crotoy a Cayeus-sur-mer .
Questa baia soggetta alle continue variazioni delle maree offre , dai finestrini,
dei paesaggi abbastanza costanti forse non troppo vari , ma comunque suggestivi
con cavalli e pecore con la testa scura che appaiono e scompaiono fra la bassa vegetazione .
Partenza
–Partiamo da Saint Valery e arriviamo fino a Crotoy e ritorno .
Durante il percorso incrociamo un altro convoglio .
Le locomotive sono una meraviglia e il cambio delle stesse sulle piattaforme girevoli
è un vero ritorno al passato .
Il biglietto andata e ritorno costa euro 14,50 .
-La magia della marea
–Bello passeggiare in questi villaggi con le piccole barche in legno soggette alle maree
che spesso rimangono all’asciutto in attesa che l’acqua torni da loro .
Una zona fuori dai soliti circuiti del turismo di massa
in cui si ci sente trasportati in un atmosfera tranquilla e lontana dalla frenesia del nostro tempo .
-Haapsalu Estonia
–Sempre legata alla passione passione per i treni a vapore è stata , per me ,
davvero emozionante la visita della stazione di Haapsalu .
Siamo nel nord-ovest dell’Estonia .
L’ antica stazione ferroviaria in legno sorge isolata rispetto alla bella cittadina estone .
Qui siamo senz’altro in un luogo poco toccato dal turismo di massa .
Era usata dagli zar e mantiene intatto il suo fascino .
All’interno un piccolo museo a pagamento con un’ esposizione fotografica
delle belle stazioni in legno della zona e di materiale legato ai trasporti ferroviari .
-E’ certamente interessante , ma il bello del luogo è all’esterno sui vecchi binari in disuso .
Sempre visitabili gratuitamente i giganti a vapore che riposano ,
ormai in pensione , esposti all’ inclemenza delle intemperie che li stanno lentamente consumando .
Tre le locomotive a vapore . Sono enormi , suggestive e un po’ malinconiche .
Ci sono anche altri vagoni e locomotive interessanti ,
ma questi tre esemplari sono davvero di una bellezza , nel loro genere , impareggiabile .
-Esperienza molto particolare in Romania
-E’ fare il percorso ferroviario che da Viseul de sus arriva a Cozia .
Si tratta dell’ultima ferrovia forestale dei Carpazi .
Treni a vapore che trasportavano il legname che veniva venduto in tutta Europa .
E’ nei Maramures territori al nord della Romania e si arriva ai confini con l’Ucraina .
Assolutamente sconsigliato allontanarsi dal luogo di sosta ,
ma soprattutto vagabondare per i boschi .
Si rischia di ritrovarsi proprio sul confine che è pattugliato da militari armati .
-A parte questo è un’esperienza davvero emozionante soprattutto per la bellezza dei paesaggi attraversati .
E’ infatti questa una delle ultime maestose foreste d’Europa .
Si corre lungo il fiume , che può essere più o meno impetuoso a seconda delle stagioni
e si arriva alla minuscola stazione di Cozia appunto . 
-Qui si ci ritrova catapultati in un altro tempo storico con lavoratori che si occupano di piantare minuscoli alberi che serviranno per la riforestazione
– Mentre a quella di partenza allontanandosi leggermente seguendo i binari si incontrano vagoni e splendide locomotive in totale stato di abbandono , ormai invase da piante che le divorano..
sorprendente come il tempo sia inclemente con chiunque
-Ferrovia storica slovena
–Devo tornare molto più indietro nel tempo per dare altri due suggerimenti di percorsi con treni a vapore che mi sono rimasti nel cuore .
Uno è il viaggio fatto su un treno a vapore che attraversa la meravigliosa Slovenia da Nova Gorica a Jesernice
passando per il lago incantato di Bled .
Luoghi bellissimi e alti viadotti per un percorso davvero indimenticabile .
-La Rügensche Bäderbahn
–L’altro l’ho visto solo passare , non ci sono salita , ma era davvero un ‘ incanto .
Eravamo nel nord della Germania sull’isola di Rugen , uno dei più bei viaggi che ho fatto .
L’abbiamo seguito con la macchina fino a precederlo nella piccola stazione dove è stato accolto dalla banda .
In quell’occasione è stato davvero come essere tornati indietro di cent’anni .
